Design & Development

Briefing corresponds to an initial meeting between the designer and our clients. This step is essential to start any project to align wills and interests or intent. It is at this moment that the blue-sky dreams and earthy needs are given to the experts to take concepts to reality.

After debriefing and understanding the client’s wants, the design team needs to have the space to work within. From here they can make floor plans or fit fixtures into bays or settings to maximize their function.

At this stage, our design team defines the project, studies how to optimize the fit, form and function so as to interact with the client’s customer base.

Considered the pre-project, this step determines everything: the colour palette, the substrates (metal, wood, plastic), the complementary pieces – graphics or lights and the overall form and functionality into the desired space.

This is when we develop the detailed plan inclusive all materials, specifying finishes, measurements, lighting, and graphics among others.

The 3D project emerges, and the presentation of all technical information is laid out explain the Concep and its planned Reality approach.

Prototyping

The preliminary act – think of it as the dress rehearsal before the

grand opening. It’s an intermediate step that bridges the gap between a pure, brilliant idea, and a final, market ready product.

For us, prototyping isn’t just an engineering exercise – it’s a critical tool for minimizing risk and maximizing opportunity. It allows for:
